How very considerate President Reagan was to include his close friend Walter H. Annenberg in the group of seven to whom he presented the presidential Medal of Freedom.
Annenberg got the award for “his lifetime of achievement,” which was mostly being a past ambassador to Great Britain and for creating TV Guide magazine.
Anyone who has done something that remarkable deserves this country’s highest award, if he’s a friend of Mr. Reagan’s. Next year Betsy Bloomingdale! JAMES DALE Los Angeles
