Under a stipulated judgment handed down in Los Angeles Superior Court, refunds will be offered to purchasers of Dream Cream--a cosmetic product advertised as “formulated to take 10 years off a woman’s appearance in four days.” The Los Angeles County district attorney’s office, charging that the Beverly Hills Beauty Institute Inc. misrepresented the product in advertisements in The Times and other newspapers, said purchasers with a “reasonable proof of purchase” should mail refund claims to the institute at 421 N. Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills, 90210.
