A 17-year-old San Diego High School student was stabbed to death early Sunday morning in Logan Heights, San Diego police reported. Mario Acosta was reportedly seen being chased by men about 2:30 a.m. and was later found with multiple stab wounds to his back at Crosby Street and Crosby Road, coroner’s deputies said.
He was taken to San Diego Physicians & Surgeons Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. No suspects were in custody, and homicide detectives were investigating.
