1st Expansion Under Way in 22-Year History

More than 600 homes are being planned by builders participating in the first expansion of the 97,500-acre Rancho California in 22 years.
Builders working with Kaiser Development Co. in a cooperative advertising and marketing program include the Toman Co., Kulbert Ltd. and Windsor Projects.
Other builders are planning to join the expansion efforts in the fall.
