U.S. District Judge Peter K. Leisure has limited the scope of testimony that Al Davis, managing general partner of the Raiders, may give in the USFL-NFL trial in New York.
Davis, who is expected to testify next week, may not be questioned about NFL practices dealing with legal advice, Leisure said, because “the danger of confusion outweighs the prohibitive value.”
