A 4-year-old Arizona girl missing since June 9 has been found in good health in Riverside County, Flagstaff police said. Sgt. Pasqual Macias said Celena Baca Valdez was found wandering around a Department of Economic Security office in Edgemont, a suburb of Moreno Valley north of March Air Force Base. However, FBI spokesman Jim Bollenbach in Phoenix said the child “was dropped off” somewhere and ultimately was placed in the temporary care of the department.
