SACRAMENTO — Here is the 41-36 roll call by which the Assembly ruled out of order an attempt Monday by Assemblyman Gil Ferguson (R-Newport Beach) to oust Assemblyman Tom Hayden (D-Santa Monica) from the Legislature. A yes vote supported Hayden and a no vote supported Ferguson.
