Chemical Plant Burns

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. — A pre-dawn fire at a chemical plant Tuesday sent 55-gallon drums shooting into the sky like “Roman candles” and forced the evacuation of nearby residents, police and witnesses said. No injuries were reported.
