TORRANCE : Board Members Named

The City Council appointed new members representing seven specific categories to the city Cable Television Advisory Board.
The new members serving one-year terms are: John Alter, business groups and associations; Jim Colleran, community cable producers and users; Robert Pedersen, higher education; Vera Lee, secondary education; Suzan Van Pelt, the arts; Una Bullard, senior citizen’s organizations; and Robert Feuerstein, nonprofit organizations.
The board makes recommendations to the City Council regarding public access of cable television.
