184-Home Tract Opens Today in Chino Hills

Brock Manor opens today in Chino Hills with 25 three- and four-bedroom single-family houses priced from $142,950 to $175,950.
The development by M.J. Brock & Sons Inc. will have 184 houses with 1,728 to 2,519 square feet in four one- and two-story floor plans.
Lots average 5,500 square feet and move-ins are scheduled for fall. Standard features include formal dining rooms, two- or three-car garages, breakfast nooks, family rooms and a bonus room in one plan.
Three furnished models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily and noon to 6 p.m. Monday at 3252 Richele Court.
