‘Rambo’-Like Killer Being Hunted in Texas

BRECKENRIDGE, Tex. — More than 70 law officials scoured three counties in west central Texas Tuesday for an escaped killer described as “a kind of Rambo” who learned in Vietnam how to survive in the wilderness.
Richard Donald Foster, 33, has been at large since Sunday night, when he and a female inmate escaped from the Stephens County Jail, about 100 miles west of Fort Worth, officials said.
