College Library to Undergo Expansion

A $4-million addition is being designed for Wardman Library at Whittier College by the architectural firm of Broome, Oringdulph, O’Toole, Boles & Associates of Portland, Ore.
The expansion will provide space to increase the library’s holdings from 170,000 to 300,000 volumes. Complete renovation of the original 37,000-square-foot structure is included in the project.
