Terranomics Buys Shopping Center for $13.3 Million

Terranomics Escondido Associates has bought the Plaza Las Palmas shopping center in Escondido from two private investors for $13.3 million, the brokerage firm of John Burnham & Co. said.
Burnham said the 108,058-square-foot shopping center, opened only nine months ago, was purchased from investors Robert W. Crisell and Toni A. Crisell. The center is about 90% leased to 22 tenants.
