Reagan Selects Envoys for Mauritius and Togo

WASHINGTON — President Reagan plans to nominate Ronald DeWayne Palmer as ambassador to Mauritius, the White House announced Tuesday. Palmer has served as ambassador to Togo and as ambassador to Malaysia.
The White House also announced that Reagan intends to nominate David A. Korn as ambassador to Togo. Korn most recently served as charge d’affaires in Ethiopia.
