Grant Loses Quarterback for at Least 3 Weeks

Starting quarterback Mike Parker of Grant High will be sidelined for at least three weeks after fracturing a collarbone this week in contact drills.
Parker, a senior who played in several varsity games at quarterback for the Lancers last season, will be replaced by senior Steven Mack.
Mack may be pressed into double duty. He was set to start in the Grant secondary for tonight’s season opener at Monroe High.
