The U.S. War on Drugs

I have a better idea than mandatory drug testing. We should have mandatory IQ testing of the President of the United States. After all, it’s a big job. We need someone we can depend on to grasp large issues in tight situations sans cue cards.
The American people should dig deeper, probe further into the lives of elected officials in sensitive positions--especially the President. Any person with his hand near the button should be scrutinized for his intelligence and grasp of world affairs, not to mention his integrity, education and IQ.
In all fairness, if the American people are subjected to mandatory invasion of their privacy and civil rights, why not subject the President to appropriate mandatory testing to ensure he’s up to par.
