Single-Family Homes Open in Mission Viejo

Barratt Irvine’s Ventana community in Mission Viejo, opens this weekend with 37 single-family homes in its first phase. Occupancy is expected late this year.

The 130-unit Mediterranean-style village located near Santa Margarita Parkway and Pine Crest, features Santa Barbara architecture with Spanish columns and balcony treatments, corbel detailing, ceramic tiling and clay tile roofs.

Four floor plans, ranging in size from 1,457 to 2,153 square feet, are offered in two-storied floor plans with up to four bedrooms and three baths. Prices range from $150,000 to $200,000.

Interiors have fully equipped kitchen centers, master suites with private dressing room, walk-in closets and fireplace. Some plans have columns and archways, step-down living rooms, dramatic stairways and sloping or volume ceilings.

The models and sales office are located at 21131 Ponderosa, and viewing hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
