Sen. Metzenbaum’s Wife Released From Hospital

WASHINGTON — Shirley Metzenbaum, the wife of Sen. Howard M. Metzenbaum (D-Ohio), was released Wednesday from Mount Vernon Hospital where she had been recovering from a head injury suffered Sept. 21 in a bicycle accident, officials said.
