No Bequest for Rock’s ‘Sister’

A Superior Court judge ruled today that a supposed adoptive sister of Rock Hudson is not legally heir to his estate.
Judge Julius Leetham struck down a petition filed by Alice Waier of Grants Pass., Ore., who contended that she was left out of Hudson’s will because of “undue influence” by close associates who took advantage of his weakened state before he died of complications of acquired immune deficiency syndrome on Oct. 2, 1985.
