HAVANA — A hand-crafted, custom-made Daimler, the only limousine of its kind in Cuba, was handed over Thursday to Mayor Fernandez Mell of Havana by British Ambassador Andrew Palmer as a “gesture of good will” at a ceremony in Havana’s auto museum.
