Stafford R. Grady has been appointed vice chairman-emeritus of Sanwa Bank California, recently formed by the merger of Lloyds and Golden State Sanwa banks. Grady was formerly chairman of Lloyds Bank California, a position he held for 20 years until his recent retirement.
