Darcey Leads CSUN to Volleyball Victory

Outside hitter Sue Darcey had 25 kills to lead the Cal State Northridge women’s volleyball team to a 15-9, 10-15, 15-8, 15-8 victory over Chapman College in a California Collegiate Athletic Assn. match Tuesday night at Chapman.
Anna Garcia and Chris Tedeschi had nine and eight kills for CSUN, which is ranked No. 1 in the NCAA Division II coaches’ poll.
CSUN, which is 59-3 in the CCAA since 1981, is 16-1 overall and 3-0 in conference. Chapman, 7-11 overall, is 0-1 in conference.
