The district attorney’s office decided against filing charges against a teen-ager arrested after a shooting last Friday night at a high school football game in Monrovia, a spokesman said. An investigation will continue, and charges could still be filed in the shooting that wounded a 14-year-old girl and a man, district attorney’s spokesman Al Albergate said. The youth was arrested and booked on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. Although that charge was not filed, he remains in custody on a no-bail juvenile warrant for an unrelated joy-riding charge, Albergate said.
