Wilson Defeats La Habra, 23-7

Hacienda Heights Wilson High School didn’t need an overpowering offense to roll over La Habra Friday night.
With a total offense of 234 yards--154 passing and 80 rushing--Wilson gained a 23-7 win at Los Altos High School.
Wilson’s leading rusher was Sterling Jackson, who had 49 yards on 5 carries.
Quarterback Andre Vicario completed 11 of 22 passes, including a 30-yard scoring pass to Anthony Grimsby and a 20-yard delivery to Robert Compton.
The other Wilson score came on a 98-yard fumble recovery by Bryan Aragon.
Wilson is 3-2.
