Mendocino Series Model Homes Open

The California Vintage Mendocino Series, a Kaufman & Broad community of 97 homes in Rancho Cucamonga, opens this weekend, with sales offices and decorated models at 11361 Mount Wallace Court.
The single-family detached homes are offered in three distinct floor plans built on 6,000-square-foot lots and are priced from $109,990 to $123,990. Designs vary from a one-story home with four bedrooms, two baths and a family room to two-story models with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, family room and loft area.
A total of 25 homes have been sold. The project is open for inspection from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
