Inn’s a Gem

We never let a Sunday pass without reading the Los Angeles Times Travel Section. So I had to send a note of thanks for Jerry Hulse’s recommendation several years ago and mentions since then of Old Monterey Inn in Monterey. It is a lovely country inn with wonderful accommodations and fabulous gardens. Everything was so perfectly thought out and executed. We much appreciated the chance to keep to ourselves while feeling so much at home. We are certain that this beautiful inn must be as good as they get and are fearful of the disappointment at our next B&B; choice. They certainly are deserving of Mobil’s four stars; our vote is for five. Keep up the good work.
