A Carson gas station attendant shot in the head during a robbery is not expected to survive, authorities said. The victim, Jonathan Lewis, 20, was taken to Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in critical condition. “He is not expected to live,” said Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Deputy Steve Lee. A friend of Lewis, whose name was withheld, said he was asleep outside the Arco MP&G; Service Center, 1411 E. Del Amo Blvd., when he heard a gunshot, Lee said. “The man woke up, saw two . . . men leaving the station with a cloth bank bag containing an undetermined amount of cash and then called police,” Lee said.
