Deployment of Sub Stirs Anti-Nuclear Protest

BANGOR, Wash. — Twenty-nine demonstrators were arrested on trespassing charges at the Trident submarine base Monday as they protested deployment of the U.S. nuclear-powered sub Alaska, Navy officials said.
