Council members scheduled two public hearings for November. The first hearing will be at 2 p.m. Nov. 19. The second will begin at 6 p.m. Nov. 24.
Free parking will be provided for the second meeting at the city garage, next to the Community Concourse. Both hearings will be held in the City Council chambers.
