Rayl Named Coach of Cypress Baseball

Don Rayl has been named to replace Ty Cobb as Cypress High School’s baseball coach. Rayl was the school’s junior varsity coach last season and has been a physical education instructor at Cypress for eight years.
Cobb resigned to pursue professional baseball opportunities, either in coaching or scouting, after serving as the Centurions’ varsity coach for two seasons. Rayl has also served as an assistant to basketball Coach Ron Craig.
