The company said the United States Bankruptcy Court in Philadelphia has entered orders that will permit its plan of reorganization, which was confirmed last March, to become effective on or about Nov. 13. Upon emerging from bankruptcy, the firm will change its name to PHLCorp and will be headquartered in Philadelphia. It will engage primarily in trading stamps, motivation services, travel services and insurance businesses. The company said it will also have significant investments, including interests in a property and casualty insurer and in overseas power companies.
