I would like to congratulate David W. Myers on his excellent article, “Push on to Freeze Loan Ceilings of Housing Agencies” (Nov. 2). Having read countless articles on this subject, I found his to be the most thorough and balanced. The issues in this “debate” are many and complex, and you have served your readers well.
