R.H. Estates : Muller Takes Over as Mayor

As part of the City Councils’ annual rotation of duties, Hugh Muller took over as mayor Tuesday night from Peter M. Weber. This will be Muller’s second term as mayor in the nearly nine years he has served on the council.
Councilman Warren Schwarzmann was elected mayor pro tem. If Schwarzmann is reelected to the council next November, he will take over as mayor when Muller steps down next year.
