A suspicious early morning fire destroyed a Planned Parenthood clinic in Kalamazoo, Mich., that had been picketed almost daily by abortion opponents. No one was in the building at the time of the fire, officials said. The blaze caused about $750,000 in damage, said Louise Safron, executive director of the Planned Parenthood-Reproductive Health Care Center. Investigators said they had not found the cause of the fire.
