ReadiCare Agrees to Buy 7 Clinics in Washington

ReadiCare Inc., the Newport Beach-based operator of outpatient medical clinics, announced Monday that it has tentatively agreed to acquire a chain of seven similar outlets in Washington state. Terms of the deal with CHEC Medical Centers Inc. of Seattle were not disclosed.
The acquisition, scheduled to be completed by Dec. 31, is subject to the signing of a definitive agreement and approval by the board of directors of both companies. Upon completion of the acquisition, ReadiCare will operate a total of 33 outpatient medical centers. The company also provides related health care management services to business, industry and other health care organizations.
