Trucker Accused of Smuggling Children

HONG KONG — A truck driver was arrested when customs officials found nine children hidden inside crates of electronic components destined for Hong Kong, a Chinese newspaper said.
Nanfang Ribao said in its Monday edition, which reached Hong Kong on Tuesday, that driver Wang Bincian will be charged with offering bribes and attempting to smuggle children into the British colony.
