Laguna Niguel : Worker Injures Back in Fall From Water Tank

A 24-year-old Bakersfield man was listed in fair condition Monday after he fell 28 feet from a water tank he was helping to construct, authorities said.
Alan Evans was airlifted to Mission Community Hospital in Mission Viejo,where he was treated for severe back injuries, Orange County Fire Department spokeswoman Patty Range said.
Evans had to be airlifted because the nearest road for a vehicle was more than one mile away, Range said.
