Bad weather over the Pacific and Indian oceans caused the crew of the experimental airplane Voyager to delay their attempt at a non-stop unrefueled flight around the world. The aircraft, which has undergone years of development and testing, was declared ready for the flight last week after a series of delays, and the crew had hoped to take off as early as today.
