Prep Soccer : Teamwork Pays Off for Estancia in 5-0 Victory

Five players scored as Estancia High School defeated Woodbridge, 5-0, in a nonleague boys’ soccer game Monday at Estancia.
Russell Griffiths, Adam Maki, Erin Wright, Julian DosSantos and Jose Jover each scored for Estancia (3-0), which led 4-0 at halftime.
Marina 3, El Dorado 0--Ben LeFrancois led Marina (1-0-1) with two goals at Marina High School.
In girls’ nonleague matches:
Brea-Olinda 4, Sunny Hills 4--Sunny Hills led 4-3 late in the fourth quarter, but Brea-Olinda’s Sandy Tennison, a freshman halfback, dribbled through the Lancer defense and scored the tying goal with two minutes remaining.
Dana Hills 1, Corona del Mar 0--Ann Viceroy, a sophomore forward, scored midway through the first half for the Dolphins at Dana Hills.
Huntington Beach 2, North Torrance 1--Lisa Smith scored her second goal of the game with 10 minutes left for Huntington Beach (2-0).
La Quinta 9, Katella 1--Kristin Harkins, a senior forward, and Laura Crowley, a sophomore wing, each scored three goals to lead the Aztecs (4-0) at Katella High School.
In the Irvine tournament:
Westminster 4, Tustin 0--Nikki Bladow scored two goals and two assists to lead Westminster (1-1).
