Presidential Doctor Named

WASHINGTON — President Reagan named Army surgeon John Hutton Jr. as his personal physician Wednesday. Hutton, 55, has been the President’s assistant physician since July, 1984, under Dr. T. Burton Smith, who announced his resignation last week, effective Jan. 1.
