‘Drunk, Drugged Driving Awareness Week’ Declared

WASHINGTON — President Reagan signed a proclamation Monday designating Dec. 14-20 “Drunk and Drugged Driving Awareness Week” and urging that Americans keep sober if they drive during the Christmas season.
