Waterfront Fire Kills Two

ELIZABETH, N.J. — A fire in an old waterfront rooming house killed two people and injured two others, officials said. They said the fire Saturday spread so fast that some people had to be rescued from balconies. Authorities were investigating the cause of the fire.
