Law Firm Signs Office Lease for 15-Year Term

McKenna Conner & Cuneo has signed one of the largest law firm leases in downtown Los Angeles: a 15-year lease valued at more than $40 million for 106,000 square feet of office space at 444 S. Flower St.
Cushman Realty Corp. represented the law firm, which plans to relocate from 3435 Wilshire Blvd. in the third quarter of 1987. Gilbert Jordan of Jordan & Associates, Los Angeles, is acting as the owner’s representative for ofice design.
