Allegheny International said it sold its HTL Industries Inc. unit, based in Monrovia, to Pacific Scientific Co. HTL, with about 600 employees and annual sales of about $43 million, is a supplier of systems and mechanical, eletromechanical and electronic components. Pacific Scientific of Anaheim said the purchase price was about $27 million.
