Jack L. Forcelledo has been appointed vice chairman of Universal Matchbox Group, a Bermuda company with almost all of its operations conducted through its principal subsidiary in Hong Kong, Universal International Ltd. Universal Matchbox Group designs, manufactures and markets toy products. Forcelledo will be responsible for strategic planning and merger and acquisition activities.
