Fluor Daniel Awarded $8-Million Building Pact

Fluor Daniel, an engineering and construction unit of Fluor Corp., said it received an $8-million contract to provide design and construction services on an office building for Rouse Corp., a Columbia, Md., commercial real estate development company.
The building, a 10-story, 150,000-square-foot structure with a 250-car parking deck, will be completed in July by a work force of up to 150 Fluor employees.
Fluor Daniel is based in Greenville, S.C.
