West Hollywood : Activist Joins Rent Commission

Woody McBrearity, a former member of the city’s Affordable Housing Task Force, has been selected by Councilwoman Abbe Land to serve on the Rent Stabilization Commission.
The commission hears appeals from landlords and tenants on housing cases and sometimes interprets city rent laws. McBrearity will serve until April, 1988.
McBrearity, a community activist, replaces Ruth Williams.
