Charlie Rose, who made points with CBS News while acting as a lame duck co-anchor on “CBS Morning News” in the last months before “The Morning Program” showed up, returns to his role as anchor of CBS’ “Nightwatch” on tonight. Correspondents Lem Tucker and Fred Graham have been taking turns as anchor of the late-late-night news show since Rose went to New York for the last weeks of “Morning News.”
