Today, city offices will be closed in Irvine in observance of Lincoln’s birthday. All schools will be in session except in the Garden Grove, Irvine, Los Alamitos, Newport Mesa, Coast Community College District, North Orange County Community College District, Orange Unified, Rancho Santiago College, Saddleback Community College District and Huntington Beach City districts.
On Monday, Presidents’ Day, federal, county and state offices, federal and state courts, as well as most banks and the stock market, will be closed. All city offices will be closed, except in Villa Park and Westminster. There will be no mail delivery. All schools will be closed.
