Michael Lewis Miller, 21, of La Mirada, Ernest John Wain, 21 of La Mirada and Robert Anthony Macias, 22, of La Habra were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to sell cocaine, possession of the drug for sale and possession of a concealed handgun, Police Sgt. Gordon Re said Thursday.
Undercover officers met Miller about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday in a restaurant parking lot across from Cypress College to purchase the cocaine for $8,000, Re said. After the sale was completed, Miller was arrested and found to be armed with a semiautomatic handgun, he said.
